The Coving

The Acryfill System

The Drainage

Attention to detail is the key to success - This is particularly critical for flooring areas around drain and sewer intakes. Integrated drainage is the perfect partner for an Acryflor. An Acryflor can be installed on metal surfaces, forming a seamless seal between the floor and the drain.

Spigot Outlets & Debris Basket
 Spigot outlets with a foul water trap provide a 1.2 - 4 litre/second flow capacity. Other types of outlets will allow larger volumes of water to pass through them, up to 4 litres/second is possible.

Channels & gullies
Channels and gullies have an edge detail 15mm wide providing an attractive and practical interface with surrounding surfaces.

Branch Units
Branch units take standard 500mm grating lengths.

Fixing Ties
Fixing Ties are supplied fixed to the channel for increased robustness post installation.

Flange Plates
Flange plates are welded to each channel and allow a 5 point clamping of the neoprene sponge gasket for an effective water tight seal.
